ESTOPPEL REQUESTS

This information is provided to aid you in the most efficient and seamless closing possible.

STEPS TO REQUESTING AN ESTOPPEL:


  1. Email Matt@AMP-Florida.com 
    1. Attach your form.
    2. Provide the property address in the body of the email.
    3. Ask if there is an outstanding balance.
    4. Copy anyone that needs to receive the instructions or the Estoppel Response.
  2. Make a payment (options below).
    1. PAYABLE TO: Association Management Partners, LLC
    2. FEES:
      1. Estoppel = $299.00 (10 working days after payment receipt and form)
      2. RUSH = $119.00 (3 working days after payment receipt and form)
      3. Past-Due Balance = $179.00.
      4. Estoppels are not issued until payment in-full has been received.

INCLUDED IN THE ESTOPPEL RESPONSE:


  • Executed, completed Estoppel Certificate
  • Ledger for the property/unit
  • Evidence of Insurance Certificate(s) ("EOIC")
  • Certificate of Occupancy Approval ("COA") if available



FREQUENTY ASKED QUESTIONS:


  • Will we receive an original approval?
    • NO. We strive to do everything electronically to expedite service to our Members - current and incoming.
  • How long does it typically take to return an Estoppel Certificate?
    • Typical turn-around time is eight working days after receipt of payment. That can increase based upon demand.
  • What is the best way to reach you if we haven't received a response?
    • Text message to 608-843-4648. Reference the property address and that  you're seeking an Estoppel. We offer this number and option as a courtesy. Please do not abuse it.
