- Provide the property address in the body of the email.
- Ask if there is an outstanding balance.
- Copy anyone that needs to receive the instructions or the Estoppel Response.
- Make a payment (options below).

- FEES:
- Estoppel = $299.00 (10 working days after payment receipt and form)
- RUSH = $119.00 (3 working days after payment receipt and form)
- Past-Due Balance = $179.00.
- Estoppels are not issued until payment in-full has been received.

- Executed, completed Estoppel Certificate
- Ledger for the property/unit
- Evidence of Insurance Certificate(s) ("EOIC")
- Certificate of Occupancy Approval ("COA") if available

- How long does it typically take to return an Estoppel Certificate?
- Typical turn-around time is eight working days after receipt of payment. That can increase based upon demand.
