Steps to setting up your resident portal

Before you begin . . .

Your email address is how you login. Do we have your email address? If not, CLICK HERE. (NOTE: All email addresses that were on file with your previous management have been added.)
Do you have your bank account routing number and account number ready? We do NOT accept credit/debit cards.

SETTING UP YOUR RESIDENT PORTAL

Click the link to the right after you've read these instructions.
Click on "RESET PASSWORD"
Enter your email address
The password will be sent to you **If you receive an error code, please CLICK HERE to update your contact information.
Click on the link in the email and reset your password
You should now be able to access your account

IF YOU ENCOUNTER PROBLEMS, please EMAIL THE MANAGER and let them know what time is a good time to reach you. We work evenings to help our Community Members when they're available.
