Accessing Your Resident Center

Steps to Setting Up Your Resident Center

Before you begin . . . 

  • Your email address is how you login. Do we have your email address? If not, CLICK HERE. (NOTE: All email addresses that were on file with your previous management have been added.)
  • Do you have your bank account routing number and account number ready? We do NOT accept credit/debit cards.


SETTING UP YOUR RESIDENT PORTAL

  1. Click the RESIDENT CENTER LOGIN link to the right after you've read these instructions.
  2. Click on "RESET PASSWORD"
  3. Enter your email address
  4. The password will be sent to you (**If you receive an error code, please CLICK HERE to update your contact information and wait for us to confirm the change before trying again.)
  5. Click on the link in the email and reset your password. The email is time sensitive.
  6. You should now be able to access your account


IF YOU ENCOUNTER PROBLEMS, please EMAIL THE MANAGER and let them know what time is a good time to call you. We work evenings to help our Community Members when they're available.

Welcome to Your Resident Center

What you can do from your Resident Center

  1. PAYMENTS — Make a one-time payment. Set up Auto-Pay. See your balance. Download your payment and balance history (a ledger).
  2. REQUESTS — This will create a ticket that you can see our responses to along with status updates. Documents requests, concerns, questions can all go through Requests. Alternatively, you can email us at info@AMP-Florida.com.
  3. ANNOUNCEMENTS — Time sensitive notifications for storms, canceled meetings, etc.
  4. VIOLATIONS — Due to Florida Statutory requirements Violations most often will be in "Documents" (below.)
  5. DOCUMENTS — This will typically include insurance inspections, any notices about assessments, as well as any notification(s) specific to just your home.

IMPORTANT THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW

We're here to help . . .

  • LATE FEE(s): Are applied automatically by the system. There is no need to get upset if you feel a late fee was applied in error. Just send us an EMAIL and let us know what you think happened. (Trick: Set up automatic payments in the Resident Center to avoid  late fees.)
  • EMERGENCIES: We consider emergencies to be active and immediate threats to life or property. Please call 9-1-1 first, if appropriate, and then notify us. We'll need a few things: 1. Your address; 2. Your name; 3. Your phone number and email; 4. What is happening. (Trick: If it's not an emergency, you can use the Requests Link in your Resident Portal or send us an EMAIL.)
  • WHY IS MY BALANCE IN (PARENTHESES)? Example: ($50.00) Parentheses indicate a credit to you. You can pay your next maintenance payment short by the amount indicated or leave it there. Our system will keep track and you can, too, through the Resident Center.
  • Owning a home is stressful enough. We want to help you. Please allow us 2 - 4 working days to respond to requests.
  • We come to you. Face-to-face contact is by appointment only with a Manager at your community.
  • If you're ordering access items like fobs or keys we will either deliver them or mail them to you. They are not available for immediate pickup.
